COVID-19 Update for our Customers

We are fully in support of the Government and the actions they have taken to contain and eliminate COVID-19 in New Zealand.
Due to the lock-down our stores are closed until further notice however we would like to inform customers of the best way to communicate with us during this time:

Existing Orders:
If you have an existing order and did not manage to return your party hire products then please don’t stress, there will be no additional hire fees and you can return the hire products after the 28-day isolation period has ended. If you would like to either amend or make a future order then please contact your local branch via e-mail, we are all operating at home to make sure the needs of our customers are met. Essential Services:
We are able to provide support for essential services only during this difficult time. If you are an essential service and require a marquee or hire product then please contact your local Carlton branch in the first instance.

Your protection and the safety of our team is paramount during this time therefore we will operate a closed gate policy where goods that are collected are placed in a collection area outside the branch. If you require a delivery or installation of a marquee, we will detail to each customer the health & safety protocol that we will be using for each individual site.

When you need to accommodate numbers that exceed your furniture availability, look no further than Carlton Party Hire.  From domestic celebrations, festivals, events, market or sports days and school fairs to exhibitions, conferences or meetings, Carlton Party Hire can fulfill all your furniture requirements.

At Carlton Party Hire we have a wide selection of chairs, plastic or resin chairs, folding chairs for easy cartage, seating forms and then banquet seating when a more formal chair is required.  When large numbers of chairs are required all can be catered for due to the significant quantity carried in stock.  Branches can also supply chair covers to tie in a theme or if you simply want to dress the chairs. 

All branches stock large quantities of trestle tables.  Rectangular trestles come in 1.8 or 2.4 metre lengths seating eight to ten people respectively and round tables are available from 800/900 ml diameter café size up to 1.8 round trestle tables that seat up to ten people.  Also on offer are stylish barstools and bar leaners, outdoor café tables and chairs perfect for domestic celebrations, corporate entertainment or as exhibitor furniture.  Every branch has a large selection of linen available to complete the desired look although we suggest your consult your nearest branch to book your requirements well in advance to ensure availability.
