COVID-19 Update for our Customers

We are fully in support of the Government and the actions they have taken to contain and eliminate COVID-19 in New Zealand.
Due to the lock-down our stores are closed until further notice however we would like to inform customers of the best way to communicate with us during this time:

Existing Orders:
If you have an existing order and did not manage to return your party hire products then please don’t stress, there will be no additional hire fees and you can return the hire products after the 28-day isolation period has ended. If you would like to either amend or make a future order then please contact your local branch via e-mail, we are all operating at home to make sure the needs of our customers are met. Essential Services:
We are able to provide support for essential services only during this difficult time. If you are an essential service and require a marquee or hire product then please contact your local Carlton branch in the first instance.

Your protection and the safety of our team is paramount during this time therefore we will operate a closed gate policy where goods that are collected are placed in a collection area outside the branch. If you require a delivery or installation of a marquee, we will detail to each customer the health & safety protocol that we will be using for each individual site.

For large or small exhibitor requirements Carlton Party Hire may have the solution for your display.

Carlton hire a wide range of hospitality and exhibitor furnishings. Our exhibition furniture includes a range of bar stools and bar leaner’s, chairs and tables, food serving, storage and catering equipment, and AV and presentation equipment is available from selected branches.  All branches also hold picket fencing and crowd control poles if you have a need to partition any part of your stand.

Need to decorate your exhibition stand?  All Carlton Party Hire branches have pedestals, urns, vases and candelabra’s as well as a substantial range of linen products.  Some branches even stock floral arrangements.  Talk to your local branch for a selection of ideas and products available.

Balloons are also a great addition to any exhibitors stand, consider having your brand or message placed on a balloon in your company colours.  We can supply most of your balloon requirements and we even have balloon inflators and helium cylinders available for companies wanting to do it themselves.

Looking for space for an exhibition or additional space for your exhibition, the Carlton Marquee and Event Company can provide exhibition marquee's of all sizes. The largest exhibition marquee that we currently build is a clear span structure thirty meters wide by over one hundred and ten meters long. If your exhibition requires we can offer an exhibition marquee to forty meters by two hundred meters.

Other exhibition services we can provide include exhibition flooring, display equipment, furnishings, light and sound.
